The Commonwealth Foundation for Civil Society invited CAFRA to participate in the Commonwealth Ministers of Finance Meeting. This meeting was a follow-up to the Financing for Development Conference held in Monterrey, Mexico from 18-22 February 2002. The Commonwealth Foundation invited CAFRA to chair the first meeting of the Global Steering Committee, and to facilitate its Forum at the Financing for Development Conference.
