Outreach to French-Speaking Caribbean

Outside of the role as National Representatives, Flavia Cherry and Christaline Merrifield were asked to liaise with Martinique, Guadeloupe and Haiti, to assist with building membership in those countries. This was a very worthwhile effort which strengthened ties with Martinique and ensured representation at the General Meeting.
