The General Meeting set the broad performance areas for the organisation, and set up several sub-committees to deal with specific aspects:
(a) Continuation Committee to meet and take decisions between Regional Committee meetings (b) Finance and Investment Committee (c) Technical Assistance and Projects Committee (d) Evaluation of CAFRA’s Structure (e) Outreach to young women
In addition, a Management Committee comprised of senior staff met once per week
The organisation produced a Narrative and Financial Report to the General Meeting covering the period 1997-2002. National Representatives also submitted reports on their performance up to December 2002.
