The General Meeting of 2002 set the broad performance areas for the organization and defined several sub-committees as follows:
(a) Continuation Committee to meet and take decisions between Regional Committee Meetings
(b) Finance and Investment Committee
(c) Technical Assistance and Project Committee
(d) Evaluation of CAFRA’s Structure
(e) Outreach to young women
The organization produced a Narrative and Financial Report for the year 2003. National Representatives also submitted reports on their activities up to December 2003.
At the end of 2003, CAFRA produced a Strategic Plan for 2004 – 2006 located within the framework of the Beijing Platform for Action.
