The CAFRA structure remains rooted in its membership with a General Assembly, Regional Committee or Boars, Continuation Committee or Executive and National Committees led by a National Representative and coordinated from a Regional Secretariat.
CAFRA retained the following post:
Coordinator Administrative Officer Information Officer Financial Officer Translation Technician Administrative Secretary Accounting Assistant Clerical Officer Office Assistant
Funding has not been secured to employ the needed Projects Officer and Liaison Officer.
The Continuation Committee met in June 2003. Staff Meetings were held once per month, while the Management Team met once per week.
