UNIFEM invited CAFRA to two important events during the period under review. These were a "Symposium on Women, Gender and Poverty in the Windward Islands" and "A Workshop on Women’s Transformational Leadership". As a result, CAFRA is now on the Advisory Committee for projects arising out of these two Workshops.
