The World Association for Christian Communication (WACC), the University of Leicester, Media Watch Canada and about 80 monitoring groups worldwide set in motion the massive Global Media Monitoring Project.
The project will gather and analyse information on women’s media representation worldwide on a particular day in early 2000.
The CAFRA Secretariat will coordinate the research for Trinidad and Tobago. Results will be released exactly five years after the first study of its kind conducted in 1995.
