We were quite successful in compiling the Computerised Skills Bank into a loose leaf Directory which can be constantly updated. The Papers from the Seminar on Critical Perspectives on Human Rights in the Caribbean were edited and compiled for publishing.
The Final report on Tourism and the Sex Trade was received, and published in book form. The Anthology of CAFRA’s operations is in process. Originally conceived to cover the first ten years, it has been extended to cover the fourteen years period from inception to 1999. Caribbean Author, Sybil Seaforth is the project leader, and the Heinreich Boll Foundation has provided the funds.
