During the period of the Commonwealth Finance Ministers Meeting, an important book “Breaking with Business as Usual” was launched. This book brought together the perspectives of Civil Society in the Commonwealth on the Millennium Development Goals. CAFRA reviewed the chapter on Natural Disasters and the attainment of the Millennium Development Goals.
