Due to funding constraints, the Secretariat was unable to offer support to the National Committees, nevertheless, National Representatives maintained the CAFRA presence and demonstrated that the passion is not lost from the women’s movement as they advocated against issues affecting women in their countries. Much organising was done around violence, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, Trade Liberalisation and Poverty.
In addition, members represented CAFRA at important national and regional meetings.
